Cousin Love

Last Wednesday, Meme and all of her crew arrived for an afternoon visit.  At the same time, Karen and Henry showed up to drop Meredith off to spend a few days in Mobile.  Needless to say, we had lots of cousins to play with that afternoon!

My boys loved having Meredith around for several days.  We took her swimming at the pool and had lots of time to play at home.  She is such a sweet, helpful girl!

And then one more cousin get together...Campbell's 2nd birthday party!  Another sweet, little girl!

Football Fun

I finally remembered to bring my camera to one of Daniel's flag football games.  It's a little hard to get good shots, but here's a few of the boy in action.

I love the smiles on his face.  Maybe not the fierce look of a competitor, but definitely a little boy having a good time!

Happy Fourth of July

On Tuesday, we headed down to the beach for a little getaway!  So many pictures...I apologize for the overload.

First, our favorite part of any trip is the time away with Daddy.  These boys can't get enough of him!

We took lots of boat rides...tubing, island hopping, or dinner at Sunset Grille and breakfast at Tacky Jacks.  We spent lots of time riding!

Lots of time on the beach!  The boys have grown up and we can now spend hours down there.  Playing in the water and sand!  The boys made some friends and Mom and Dad had time to sit under the umbrella and relax.  The weather was incredible and the water was the prettiest I have ever seen in Perdido Key.

Lots of time in the pool.  So impressed with how well we are all swimming now!

On the Fourth, the condo association puts on lots of swimming races and games.  Philip and Daniel both swam in the races and got medals.  Here they are with their new friend, Jack!

 That night, we had dinner downstairs with all the condo folks.  Of course, Mom couldn't resist a few pictures while we were dressed nice!

We let the boys change into bathing suits and come back down to the beach to wait for fireworks.

We didn't last long before we had some quite scared of all the noise!  It was a great, relaxing night though.

Such a great trip.  Always a good time to get away with this crew.  Hoping to fit in one more trip down there before school starts up!
